A Lancashire lass, with ancestral roots from India and Africa, a world traveller and lifelong explorer. Delving deep into cultures, arts, and music from around the world, and truly connecting to the wonders of this earth deep within her embodied soul practices of breath, rest, play and movement in all forms to enhance our joy and creative expression.

Veena invites you to journey into this ancient science of yoga, empowering and guiding you to be the energetic force of your own unique path to wellbeing.
